Is Mexican Swine Flu A Biowar Event? - NewsGrabs Monday 27 April 2009

Is Mexican Swine Flu A Biowar Event?
Young healthy adults seem to be the most at risk. This is similar to the deadliest killer flu in history, Spanish Flu in 1918. Most if not all nations with advanced biological warfare programs have been interested in recreating the Spanish Flu DNA sequence and several are reported to have done so.

The new Mexican Swine Flu has elements of DNA from the following: avian flu, human flu Type A, human flu Type B, Asian swine flu, and European swine flu. A strange combination never seen before and having less than 1/10% chance of being a natural event. Human and animal viruses from four or more continents suddenly recombine in a new flu during a non-flu season that spreads from human-to-human with a 10% fatality rating.

This new flu is a lab created advanced biological warfare DNA genetically engineered virus that either: (1) Escaped accidentally from a lab; or (2) was deliberately released by a nation or non-state organization or a well-trained individual.

If there is a positive side to this coming global disaster, it may force governments to quickly come to grips with containing advanced biowar attacks.

Oh - not to forget - apart from taking proper hygiene precautions, here is a report that was prepared for the purpose of countering an Avian influenza epidemic with natural means (i.e. nutrients strengthening our inherent immune protections). It would seem to me that the same nutritional precautions should hold true for a possible swine flu epidemic as well.

Just something to be aware of, if you are preparing for a pandemic.

Here are some general tips for preparations...

Pandemic Flu / Swine Flu Orientation and Action Guide

Can a grape-enriched diet prevent the downhill sequence of heart failure after years of high blood pressure?
A University of Michigan Cardiovascular Center study suggests grapes may prevent heart health risks beyond the simple blood pressure-lowering impact that can come from a diet rich in fruits and vegetables. The benefits may be the result of the phytochemicals - naturally occurring antioxidants - turning on a protective process in the genes that reduces damage to the heart muscle.

Vitamin D levels linked to asthma severity
They found that children with lower vitamin D levels were significantly more likely to have been hospitalized for asthma in the previous year, tended to have airways with increased hyperreactivity and were likely to have used more inhaled corticosteroids, all signifying higher asthma severity. These children were also significantly more likely to have several markers of allergy, including dust-mite sensitivity.

Type of vitamin B1 could treat common cause of blindness
In a paper appearing in the May issue of the journal Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Science, UTMB researchers describe striking results achieved with benfotiamene, a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1. In their experiments, they first injected laboratory rats with bacterial toxins that ordinarily produce a reaction mimicking uveitis. When those rats are fed benfotiamene, they fail to develop any signs of the inflammatory disorder.

"Benfotiamene strongly suppresses this eye-damaging condition and the biochemical markers we associate with it," said UTMB associate professor Kota V. Ramana, senior author of the study. "We're optimistic that this simple supplementation with vitamin B1 has great potential as a new therapy for this widespread eye disease."

Belgium approves CoQ10 at 200mg
The order comes into force in June, said regulatory adviser, Pieter Lagae, from Brussels-based consultancy, EAS.

“This has great potential to open up the market if principles of mutual recognition are applied,” he said, noting Denmark was considering a daily maximum level of 180mg.

Mutual Recognition recognises regulatory harmony has not been achieved across the 27-member state bloc but that single member state approval shall carry weight in other states.

He said the dose level was much greater than levels of around 30-100mg companies typically formulated at...

Irradiated food causes demyelinating neurological disorder in cats
“We think it is extremely unlikely that [irradiated food] could become a human health problem,” Duncan explains. “We think it is species specific. It’s important to note these cats were fed a diet of irradiated food for a period of time.”

If we think it is "extremely unlikely" that means we just don't know. Perhaps someone *should* do a human feeding study with irradiated foods before they just quietly slip out onto the market with everyone unaware of possible health consequences.

EU Parliament looks at risk assessment on nutrition, electromagnetic pollution
The European Parliament’s Committee on Petitions has confirmed that two petitions, submitted by the ANH, are being looked into. One of the petitions questioned the scientific methods being used by European authorities to determine the maximum levels for vitamins and minerals that will be mandated as part of proposed EU legislation. The second petition requested a fundamental review of the additive and cumulative risks associated with wireless communications devices, including mobile and cordless phones, wireless systems and telecommunication masts.

Toronto: Scientists warn of serious health consequences if governments don't prioritise natural food
Dr Chopra stated that the removal of just 5 groups of products from the food supply, namely antibiotics, hormones, slaughterhouse waste, genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and pesticides, would transform the safety and sustainability of the food supply. These products, claimed Dr Chopra, were hazardous, in most cases unnecessary and offered relatively few long-term benefits. Their use, he said, was driven less by need and more by the profit motives of major corporations.

Canadian legislation threatens constitutional rights, health freedom
Under the guise of protecting the public from harm, Health Canada is systematically destroying businesses which provide eminently safe (and necessary) dietary food supplements. Aided by the RCMP (with guns drawn), Health Canada officials have staged four raids so far this year on supplement suppliers – breaking doors in, keeping families hostage in their own homes for up to 10 hours – and confiscating products, records, computers, and personal property unrelated to their supplement businesses.

Teens use cannabis for relief, not recreation
When legal therapies let them down, some teens turn to cannabis. A new study, published in BioMed Central's open access journal Substance Abuse, Treatment, Prevention and Policy suggests that around a third of teens who smoke cannabis on a regular basis use it as a medication, rather than as a means of getting high.

The authors emphasize that the unmet medical needs of these teens are of key importance in these findings. In contrast to the unpleasant side effects of prescribed medications and long, ineffective legal therapies, cannabis provided these adolescents with immediate relief for a variety of health concerns. Of course, cannabis isn't completely harmless, but as one of the respondents noted, "It's not good for you, but then again, neither is McDonald's and a lot of other things".

Monsanto Sues Germany to Force GMO Food
Monsanto is now suing the German government (and, by that, the people) to force them to grow their GM Corn.

Slashdot: Drug Company Merck Drew Up Doctor "Hit List"
"An international drug company made a hit list of doctors who had to be 'neutralized' or discredited because they criticized the anti-arthritis drug the pharmaceutical giant produced. Staff at US company Merck & Co. emailed each other about the list of doctors — mainly researchers and academics — who had been negative about the drug Vioxx or Merck and a recommended course of action. The email, which came out in the Federal Court in Melbourne yesterday as part of a class action against the drug company, included the words 'neutralize,' 'neutralized,' or 'discredit' against some of the doctors' names. It is also alleged the company used intimidation tactics against critical researchers, including dropping hints it would stop funding to institutions and claims it interfered with academic appointments. 'We may need to seek them out and destroy them where they live,' a Merck employee wrote, according to an email excerpt read to the court by Julian Burnside QC, acting for the plaintiff."

Drugs on tap
Britain has a serious and unnecessary drug habit, but the implications of our pill-forevery-ill culture go far beyond the adverse effects on human health. The complex chemicals in modern pharmaceuticals, as well as the manufacturing processes involved, leave a massive industrial footprint on the natural world that is largely ignored by both science and government.

Coercion in Psychiatry
by Mary Maddock of Ireland Mind Freedom
Electroshock causes brain damage. Electroshock causes brain seizures. People who suffer from seizures know it causes memory loss and yet amazingly electroshock is on the increase worldwide today. All research done to date backs this common sense up but still vulnerable, suffering people are having electrodes attached to their delicate, precious brains while unthinking, greedy professionals are delusional enough to think they are helping them.

Coercion or force has no place in healing or well-being in body, mind and spirit. Human beings are different from all other forms of life in that they have the freedom to choose. If this is not respected, then the so called ‘helpers’ are acting from a top/down position and perceive their fellow humans as animals who cannot think or evaluate themselves.

Answers needed in case of child's suicide
A good place to begin the examination is with the menu of potent, mind-altering drugs that Gabriel was taking under a doctor's prescription. The boy was being treated by a Broward psychiatrist who had been red-flagged by a state agency as having ''problematic'' prescribing habits, according to a state Medicaid drug-therapy expert. The term applies to doctors with a high volume of prescriptions of mental-health drugs or who prescribe potentially risky drug combinations.

DCF has of history of relying too heavily on psychotropic drugs to manage children in its care.

Furious Seasons comments in 7 Year Old Boy On Prozac, Zyprexa Combo Hangs Self
The boy had reportedly been on Vyvanase--a newish ADHD med--plus Lexapro and Zyprexa in the recent past, but that he'd recently been switched off the latter two drugs in favor of Symbyax, Eli Lilly's rarely-used Prozac, Zyprexa combo pill. The child psychiatrist who prescribed meds to Myers told reporters he couldn't remember the boy (nice touch) and defended using these drugs in little kids:

"Punjwani defended the use of psychiatric drugs on children, even if they are not approved for such use, saying the lack of approval stems from the reluctance of drug makers and the medical establishment to launch clinical trials on children.

"The anti-psychotic drugs, he added, are used routinely to treat mood instability and insomnia among children."

Anti-Depressants Linked To Maryland Murder-Suicide
There was an awful murder-suicide in Middletown, Maryland last week in which a father killed his three children and his wife before killing himself. Sadly, there have been a few of these incidents around the country lately, including a father in the Seattle area who killed his five children before killing himself.

There is now some indication that the Maryland father may have been on anti-depressants at the time of his act, or may have been on them recently, according to press reports.

Protease inhibitors cause oxidative stress
Rethinkers and Skeptics who point to the seriously debilitating “side” effects of HAART are brushed aside, even as the NIH’s Treatment Guidelines acknowledge that the majority of adverse events experienced by HAART-treated “AIDS” patients are owing to HAART and not to “AIDS”.

The AIDS Apartheidists Attack House of Numbers
House of Numbers is a new film which does good investigative journalism in researching the nature of the AIDS industry. The film reveals deep-seated corruption within an industry that now has total control of the lives of tens of millions worldwide.

The AIDS Apartheidists are a group, led by John P. Moore, Mark Wainburg, Peter Piot, Jeanne Bergman and others, which claim to have the only allowable, discussible, permissible point of view about AIDS, a view which ignores all major studies on sex and immune deficiency, such as the 10 year study by Nancy Padian, among others, which points unequivocally to the fact that AIDS is not primarily a sex problem, but is in fact a problem relating to major drug abuse and environmental factors.

Judge in Pirate Bay trial may have been biased
"The trial may have to be redone. But in such case the lawyers have to request this immediately," one of Sweden's most high-profile defence lawyers, Leif Silbersky, told public broadcaster Swedish Radio.

His comments came after the radio station revealed one of the judges in the case, Tomas Norstroem, belongs to several copyright protection associations where film and record industry officials are also members.

Though the financial markets don't seem to be to concerned by it this morning. DOW opened down but is up now and gold and silver are holding steady. If this flu does start popping up all over the place this week though, you can expect the markets to get real scared.

For anyone who has been studying the HIV-causes-AIDS controversy it should be clear that there is no such a thing as Swine Flu, and that it's certainly not caused by a virus. In fact, no virus has ever been proven to cause any disease. Sounds far off? Read Janine Roberts' Fear of the Invisible.
