How Money Is Created As A Debt By Private Banks
This is the story of how private banks force most of us into the vicious, enslaving circle, in which you have long been feeling trapped. Working your ass off for six days a week only to be able to pay the rent, the gas, the bills and very little more. If getting a mortgage to buy a house means signing a slavery contract for the rest of your life, maybe THERE IS something deeply wrong with the economics of our system and the way create debt out of money THEY DO NOT OWN.
Light Pulses Knock Out Viruses
A pulse of purple-colored laser-light applied to viruses, called M13 bacteriophages, destroyed the viruses completely. The power density of the light is low enough that it does not damage surrounding cells and tissue, but high enough to produce large-amplitude vibrations in the virus’ shell, which causes it to disintegrate.
Of course his is the kind of discovery for which Royal Raymond Rife with his "beam ray" device was run out of town and pretty much crucified, in the first part of the 20th century.
Are Your Cell Phone and Laptop Bad for Your Health?
A growing number of scientists, along with a diverse collection of technology critics, are pointing out that our bodies constantly generate electrical pulses as part of their normal functioning. They maintain that incoming radiation from modern technology may be fouling those signals. But with hundreds of billions in sales at stake, the communications industry (and more than a few scientists) insist that radio-frequency radiation can't have biological effects unless it's intense enough to heat your flesh or organs, in the way a microwave oven cooks meat.
Electronic smog linked to respiratory disease
Electrical fields from computers, televisions and other everyday equipment can give people asthma, influenza and other respiratory diseases, a startling new study suggests. The research, by scientists at Imperial College London, provides academic backing for one of the more controversial claims of campaigners against the thickening electro-smog from sources such as mobile phones and their masts, Wi-Fi systems and household electrical devices.
German Federal Government warns of Wireless networks
The crucial sentence in the answer of the Federal Government, which might cause unease among home net workers and get the PC specialized trade up in arms, reads: "the Federal Government generally recommends to keep the personal radiation exposure through high frequency electromagnetic fields as small as possible, i.e. to prefer conventional cable links if possible, without the use of radio-based solutions." In other words: The beautiful wireless world, where one sits on the sofa with the laptop on the knees, as in countless advertising spots, is too dangerous, says the Federal Government.
Canadian University Bans Wireless Networking, Citing Health Concerns
The president of Lakehead University, in southwestern Ontario, says that he will not allow the institution to deploy a wireless network on the campus out of concern that the electromagnetic frequencies such systems emit could endanger students' health. The president, Frederick F. Gilbert, became concerned about the health effects of wireless networks after reading studies done by scientists for the California Public Utilities Commission, said Marla Tomlinson, a spokeswoman at Lakehead, a 7,000-student institution in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The California scientists concluded that people exposed to electromagnetic wavelengths might be at risk of developing cancer and recommended further investigation.
Monsanto Goes GMO-Free - in its Cafeteria
From now on, staff at the British headquarters of biotech giant Monsanto will be eating only non-genetically modified products on their lunch breaks. Foods containing genetically modified soy and corn are no longer available in the company cafeteria. Granada Food Services, which manages the canteen, is said to be concerned about health risks. Monsanto's press department contends the action was not the result of a boycott initiated by worried employees of theU.S. multinational.

New Zealand: Artificial sweetener ban mooted
Schools are being urged to put in place a 60 day ban on artificially sweetened drinks and chewing gum. Health watchdog, the Soil and Health Association, believes the common sweetener aspartame is linked to many symptoms including anxiety, depression, dizziness and irritability. Spokesman Steffan Browning says the 60 day challenge would be worthwhile in schools, which have taken a lot of sugary food out of canteens. He is confident that it would result in a marked improvement in pupils' behaviour and wellbeing.
Autism Linked To Pesticide Exposure
In a small study of women who lived near farms where organophosphate insecticides were sprayed and became pregnant, an unusually high number bore autistic children. The smallness of the study, however, prevents the researchers from making any broad conclusions about risk, including a causal relationship between exposure in the womb and autism.
South Africa: Health Minister Says Unfair to criticise traditional health cures
Director-general of health Thami Mseleku described as “colonialist” the mentality of conventional medicine and the pharmaceutical industry. “They see it threatening certain things. They want to condemn it.” Traditional medicine was “happy” to subject itself to rigorous testing, provided the intellectual property rights of traditional healers were protected, Mseleku said. However, there was no money to establish such processes because the conventional pharmaceutical industry wanted to protect its own turf, he said.
UN cries wolf about AIDS
UNAIDS, AIDS programme advocates and activists have certainly used inflated HIV numbers effectively in their aggressive struggle for an increasing share of the limited international health budget. This success, however, has come at the expense of other equally urgent public health needs.
The AIDS concept
Through a concept of death threats inducing fear, anyone having or who had any one of 60 different conditions, including pregnancy, who then is shown to have antibodies to 2 or more proteins left over by cellular processes of that condition, is said to be HIV positive. The AIDS concept has infected all levels of government, and caused mass hysteria in all corners of the globe. Through brilliant marketing campaigns, public agencies who are supposed to protect the people are hijacked, and become complicit in taking money from the populace to put in the hands of pharmaceutical firms.
The 'atypical' dilemma
Skyrocketing numbers of kids are prescribed powerful antipsychotic drugs. Is it safe? Nobody knows. More and more, parents at wit's end are begging doctors to help them calm their aggressive children or control their kids with ADHD. More and more, doctors are prescribing powerful antipsychotic drugs. In the past seven years, the number of Florida children prescribed such drugs has increased some 250 percent. Last year, more than 18,000 state kids on Medicaid were given prescriptions for antipsychotic drugs.
For me, that insane rush to the use of chemicals to control your kids is to be blamed on parents at least as much as on doctors and pharmaceutical companies.
FDA refuses to pull dangerous diabetes drug Avandia, even knowing it will kill thousands
Even within the FDA, scientists have presented the risks of Avandia to colleagues and fellow committee members. Dr. David Graham, a drug safety officer with the FDA's Office of Surveillance and Epidemiology, estimates that Avandia has caused as many as 205,000 heart attacks and strokes, some of them fatal, between 1999 and 2006. Graham's analysis indicates that since Avandia was approved, some 80,000 patients have died from the drug's side effects. For every month that Avandia is sold, he said, 1,600 to 2,200 patients will suffer more of these events.
Lawsuit: Doctors reckless with drugs
... allegations of reckless dispensing at the Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage came to light in a little-known lawsuit that was resolved in the past year, the Los Angeles Times reported Sunday. Former Eisenhower pharmacist Terry Blasingame contended three doctors prescribed dangerous amounts of addictive drugs to chronic-pain patients through the Eisenhower outpatient pharmacy.
Senator Grassley Wants Gift Registry For Docs
Grassley charged universities don’t verify info filed by their professors. So “the only person who knows if the reported income is accurate and complete is the doctor who is receiving the money,” he said. And he wants drugmakers to disclose payments made to docs who bill the federal Medicare and Medicaid programs. Noting that voters can easily look up the contributions made to elected officials, he asked, “Shouldn’t we hold doctors to similar standards?”
SSRI Makers Use Media To Reel In Pregnant Women as Customers
"The reassuring attitude promoted in the CDC's press release flew in the face of evidence linking SSRI exposure during pregnancy to increased birth defects, and the additional evidence of SSRI toxicity in the developing brain," says Dr Peter Breggin, author of The Antidepressant Fact Book and an expert on SSRIs. "Women and their doctors who only catch the headlines created by these studies are being grossly misled," he advises. "SSRI's should never be used during pregnancy."
New Zealand meningitis vaccination: MeNZB Approaches Another Milestone
The current cluster of meningococcal disease cases in the Wellington region has resulted in the MeNZB vaccine reaching a sad milestone. One hundred New Zealand children who were promised 'protection' by being fully vaccinated with the MeNZB vaccine have now contracted meningococcal disease.Unpublicised research published by the Ministry of Health also shows that the MeNZB vaccine actually increases the risk of babies getting the epidemic strain of meningococcal disease and does not protect babies as promised... why has the MOH failed to disclose that fact to the public despite knowing for the best part of 12 months?
How Big Pharma Secretly Bribes US Doctors with Billions of Dollars Every Year
Pharmaceutical companies spend more than $15 billion each year promoting prescription drugs in the United States. One-third of that amount is spent on "detailing" -- an industry term for drug company representatives' one-on-one promotion to doctors. A paper published April 24, 2007 in the Public Library of Science journal Medicine uncovers the tactics which pharmaceutical sales representatives, commonly called "drug reps," are trained to use in promoting drugs to prescribing physicians.
Politics reportedly stifled health report
A surgeon general's report in 2006 that called on Americans to help tackle global health problems has been kept from the public by a Bush political appointee without any background or expertise in medicine or public health, chiefly because the report did not promote the administration's policy accomplishments, according to current and former public health officials.
Philanthropy Gates Style
...an investigative report published in the LA Times at the beginning of 2007 found that the Gates Foundation “reaps vast financial gains every year from investments that contravene its good works” [3]. These investments go to companies responsible for causing the problems the Foundation tries to solve. The Gates Foundation also profited hugely from its holdings in the top 100 polluters in the United States as rated by the University of Massachusetts and the top 50 polluters in Canada, as rated by the trade publication Corporate Knights. Its investments in these companies total about $3.3 billion.Ethanol Shock: Lester Brown’s rationale
We have to come up with a new economic model, one that will sustain economic progress. The good news is that we can see what that new economy looks like. We have the technologies to build that economy. Instead of a fossil fuels based economy we will have an economy that is powered largely by renewable sources of energy. Instead of automobile dominated transport system we will have much more diversified transport systems. In effect, the price of oil is beginning to set the price of food. If the price of oil jumps from $60 a barrel to $80 a barrel, the price of grain will follow it up. If it jumps to $120 a barrel, the price of grain will continue to follow. We are in a new economic era now where oil and food are interchangeable commodities because we can convert grain, sugar cane, soy bean – anything – into fuel for cars. This is an entirely new issue – one that we’ve never faced before.
The Dark Side of Biofuels
Behind the "politically correct" jargon lurks a reality poised to destroy the Amazon, a reality that destroys millions of young bodies and promises lucrative business to investors. The very name biofuels seems to be destined to foment the confusion. João Pedro Stédile, head of the Brazilian Landless Workers' Movement, points out that the defenders of ethanol "use the prefix bio3 to make it seem like it's a good thing," and that because of this its opponents prefer to call it like it is and use the term "agrofuels" because the term refers to agriculturally produced energy.
The Hidden Agenda behind the Bush Administration's Bio-Fuel Plan
The dramatic embrace of bio-fuels by the Bush Administration since 2005 has clearly been the global driver for soaring grain and food prices in the past 18 months. The evidence suggests this is no accident of sloppy legislative preparation. The US Government has been researching and developing bio-fuels since the 1970's. The bio-ethanol architects did their homework we can be assured. It's increasingly clear that the same people who brought us oil price inflation are now deliberately creating parallel food price inflation. We have had a rise in average oil prices of some 300% since the end of 2000 when George W. Bush and Dick Halliburton Cheney made oil the central preoccupation of US foreign policy.
Broad International Coalition Issues Urgent Call for Strong Oversight of Nanotechnology
The manufacture of products using nanotechnology--a powerful platform for manipulating matter at the level of atoms and molecules in order to alter properties--has exploded in recent years. Hundreds of consumer products incorporating nanomaterials are now on the market, including cosmetics, sunscreens, sporting goods, clothing, electronics, baby and infant products, and food and food packaging. But evidence indicates that current nanomaterials may pose significant health, safety, and environmental hazards.
Professionals Call for an End to Water Fluoridation
The untold millions of dollars that are now spent on equipment, chemicals, monitoring, and promotion of fluoridation could be much better invested in nutrition education and targeted dental care for children from low income families. The vast majority of enlightened nations have done this. It is time for the US, and the few remaining fluoridating countries, to recognize that fluoridation is outdated, has serious risks that far outweigh any minor benefits, violates sound medical ethics and denies freedom of choice. Fluoridation must be ended now.
Massive ULF ‘Blast’ Detected In US Bridge Collapse Catastrophe
Reports from Russia’s Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics located in Irkutsk are reporting today that their Siberian Solar Radio Telescope (SSRT) detected a ‘massive’ ultra low frequency (ULF) ‘blast’ emanating from Latitude: 45° 00′ North Longitude: 93° 15′ West at the ‘exact’ moment, and location, of a catastrophic collapse of a nearly 2,000 foot long bridge in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
An interesting detail: One of the United States' primary research organizations into acoustic weapons is Augsburg College, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, just less than 1 mile from the Interstate 35W Bridge collapse.Ultra low frequency waves, if correctly applied, can bring down any structure. The incident reminds of Nikola Tesla's experiment with a small vibrator that almost brought down a whole number of buildings in his Manhattan neighborhood, had Tesla not destroyed it with a hammer just in time...
Meanwhile, authorities are investigating. Will they look at the possibility of induced vibrations causing the collapse?
